- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has started
- Requests received after dispatch initiation will not be eligible for cancellation
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery

- Order number
- Clear images showing the issue
Resolution
- After verification, the issue will be addressed through a replacement or refund, as applicable
- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers may be directed to the manufacturer for support

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method

- Clearly write the RA number on the outer packaging
5. Refund Process & Timelines
- Inspection: Returned items are reviewed upon receipt
- Approval Notification: You will be informed once the return is approved or declined
- Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 6–8 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider
